Meet Capt. Robert Brooks

A native Texas fishing guide from Rockport, Capt. Robert Brooks of Brooks Fishing Guide Service picked up his first rod and reel at age five and has had saltwater coursing through his veins ever since. Also he has published articles for Texas Outdoor Writer's Association, Texas Hunting and Fishing News, Texas Parks & Wildlife, and Outdoors International, as well as provided technical advice for Nature Conservancy of Texas Let this treasure of the Texas Coast increase your knowledge and enjoyment of saltwater fishing via one of the most action-packed and story-filled fishing expeditions available.

Recommended: Legend Popping Corks

Field-tested by legendary fishing guide Capt. Robert Brooks, Legend Popping Corks are the ideal choice for your fishing trip. They offer a long casting distance and loud cork splashes. Sitting lower in the water and being rigged with small shot allows for louder sound and a longer range of hearing. This attracts more fish from a greater distance. The popping corks are rigged with top-bottom eye screws, so there are fewer tangles and no ears to break off. Plus, the cork body is cast with a thick and tough material for less breakage and leaks. In the words of Capt. Brooks, it's "a winner's choice!!!"
